Order status
Access your account in My Orders to check the preparation status and real-time tracking. If your order already appears as prepared but does not yet show tracking, it means that the transport agency has not yet documented it; the link will be updated in the coming days.
If your order has been prepared for more than 72 hours and you have not received tracking information, or it has not arrived and you need more details, please contact us by email at ventas@tantraspain.com so we can review it and give you an update."
Cancel order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at ventas@tantraspain.com stating your name, phone number, pick-up address, and order number. Our team will handle it as a priority and confirm the cancellation as soon as it has been processed.
Please remember that for a successful collection, it is essential to have the package ready when the delivery driver arrives. This allows us to speed up the process and avoid incidents.
Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Are there shipping costs?
For orders under €50, a shipping cost of €6.95 will be applied.
All orders over €50 will be delivered free of charge.
Can I change my order?
If you wish to modify your order, please send an email to ventas@tantraspain.com
We will review your case and confirm if changes are still possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code (track & trace). This will allow you to see where your order is at all times.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become available.
