Returns Policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product/s to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, you must unequivocally communicate it to TANTRA SPAIN, S.L., by email to info@tantraspain.com, indicating the order number, the products you wish to return, and your contact details.

Conditions for accepting withdrawal:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns of products that have been used, tampered with, or customized will not be accepted.
  • The proof of purchase or invoice must be attached.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Tantra will be responsible for any non-conformities of the delivered products that become apparent within the legally established period, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on the defense of consumers and users.

In case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, to arrange for its return or replacement at no additional cost.

3. REFUNDS

In case of a valid withdrawal, Tantra will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.

4. RETURN COSTS

Except in cases of return due to a defective product or an error attributable to Tantra, the direct costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer.
