Return and exchange policy

1. SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your garment for another size or color, you may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

To request an exchange, you must contact TANTRA SPAIN, S.L. via marketplace@tantraspain.com, indicating:

  • Order number.

  • Product you wish to exchange.

  • Size or color you wish to receive.

  • Your contact details.

Conditions for making an exchange

For the exchange to be accepted:

  • The garment must be in perfect condition, without having been worn, washed, or handled.

  • It must retain its original labels and packaging.

  • The proof of purchase or invoice must be included.

  • The exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size or color.

The direct costs arising from the return shipment for an exchange shall be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective product or an error attributable to TANTRA.

In the event that the new size or color is not available, you may choose to make a return in accordance with the conditions established in this policy.

2. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the new size or color is not available, you may choose to make a return in accordance with the conditions established in this policy.

Withdrawal form

Once the form is completed, you will receive the necessary indications to manage the return, including instructions for shipping the product.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use.

  • It must retain its original labels and packaging.

  • The proof of purchase or invoice must be included.

3. RETURN COSTS

Except in cases of returns due to a defective product, incorrect product, or error attributable to TANTRA, the direct costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer.

4. REFUNDS

In the event of a valid withdrawal, TANTRA will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.
