Guidelines
Shopping at TANTRA is very easy, you just have to follow these steps:

1. View the section where your purchase is located or visit our inspiration pages

2. Choose the product you are interested in from the general list.

3. Go to your cart to finalize the process or continue looking for more products you like (repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and add to cart)

4. Select the size you want and add the item to the basket.

5. If you are not registered, fill in your billing information and if it is the same as the shipping information, indicate it in the box. If you are, enter your username and password.

6. You can receive your order at the address you choose (home, work, not a PO box).

7. Select the payment method: your order will go to the payment gateways of the system you decide.

8. Discount codes cannot be used during sales.

8. Finalize the process on the PayPal, credit card, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay or Klarna confirmation page.

9. Congratulations! You have reached the confirmation screen. You will receive an email with your order and another with the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse (don't worry, it may take a few hours until the delivery trucks leave and if it's the weekend, you won't receive it until Monday so if you made any errors in the contact process as quickly as possible, it may not be too late)

For any information about sizes, please refer to the size guide located on the product page just below the 'Add to cart' button. Once there, choose the size that fits your measurements. In which countries can I shop online?

TANTRA's browsing languages are: English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
Can I unsubscribe from the TANTRA Newsletter?
In the subscription email you received when you subscribed, you will find a link to unsubscribe, as well as in each newsletter via the link in the footer.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove items you do not want as long as you have not processed the payment for the order. Otherwise, you will have to wait to return it when the package arrives.
Payment
What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, 4B and MASTERCARD, as well as Paypal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Why might my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded its validity date.

The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

Some entered data may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, it is safe as the transaction is carried out using a secure SSL protocol connecting to an official bank payment gateway. No data will be saved in our system.
Shipping
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, not a PO box).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For order deliveries within Spain, the approximate delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

For order deliveries to other countries, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, so if your order includes Saturday or Sunday, the delay will be 2 extra days!
- The delivery time for personalized products is 1 to 2 weeks.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping and transport costs per order are:

Within Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands €3.50. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €8

In the United Kingdom: £8.00
* Shipping will be free if your order is over £250. -
Rest of countries included in the European Territory: €8.00

Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you will be able to track your order at all times, from purchase confirmation to delivery, through a link to the transport company's page included in the confirmation email, depending on the shipping characteristics.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange any item?
Yes, please note that you can only exchange for the same item in a different size or color.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned at physical stores or vice versa.
Do I have to pay anything to request a return or exchange?
If you are buying our products, it is because you care about the planet as much as we do. We have designed, produced and transported them to have the least possible impact. Will you help us continue to reduce CO2 emissions by avoiding returns? Thank you for being part of the change.
Returns cost €2 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, €4 in Europe (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and €6 in Europe.
For exchanges, the return will be free and a shipping fee of €3.50 will be charged for orders under €150 in Spain and €8 in Europe for orders under €250 in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and under €200 in France, Italy and Portugal. A shipping fee of €30 will be charged for the rest of the world and for orders under $250 in the United States.
In cases of return due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal (change of mind about the purchase, provided it is admissible): TANTRA will refund the amount of the product(s) returned, through the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, deducting the shipping costs initially paid by the Customer at the time of purchase in addition to the cost of the return.
What is the deadline for making a return or exchange?
The return and exchange period is 30 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
How can I make a return or exchange?
To return or exchange a product from your order, you just need to place it/them inside the box in which the package arrived, attaching the return label to the outside of the box.
Once the package is ready, you will have to pick up the package at the nearest pick-up point , depending on who sent it.
In the case of an exchange, you will receive the new product after requesting it within 1 to 3 business days in Spain, or 3 to 5 business days in the rest of the world.

If at any time the carrier's office requires payment of any shipping costs, please contact us before making any payment. Never pay shipping costs without contacting us first; payment for returns and exchanges is made exclusively on our website.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, your refund will be processed according to the payment method used. This process can take between 7 and 10 days once the order has arrived at the warehouse.
