Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—for the return to be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Calle Pozo 7, 28860 Paracuellos del Jarama, Madrid (Spain).

If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases of returns due to a defective product or an error attributable to Tantra Spain, the direct costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your decision to cancel. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
