Orders shipped to Spain have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is shipped.

International shipments have an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days from the date the order is shipped.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Please note that items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at ventas@tantraspain.com, indicating your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

To request a return, please start the process using the Withdrawal Form.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made by Tantra. Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
