Orders shipped to Spain have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is shipped.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Please note that items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made by Tantra. Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
